Insert Custom Buttons on Ribbon for browser based Infopath 2010 form

We have unique requirement. We are using Infopath 2010. We have 2 views of our Infopath 2010 form: User View and Manager View.We need to use Ribbon buttons for consistent user's experience.

User View has ability to Submit, Save, Save As, Copy, Paste, Copy, Print Preview, Update and Select Views. On User View, the user's are able to revisit the form and then submit it when done. This all works.

On Manager's View, we need to create some customization. Manager should be able to Approve and Reject the form by clicking on Approve or Reject buttons. But we don't need Submit or Save As button on this view.

Basically we need to show/hide Ribbon buttons on browser based form infopath 2010 form based upon Views. Meaning we need a custom Formserver.aspx form.

    Thanks
