I am using InfoPath 2003 and I have multiple text box controls on my form with data type 'Whole Number'. With this form, I have not been able to access the Format button within the text box properties. The Format button is enabled (not grayed-out and it depresses when I click on it), but nothing happens afterward.
I had a colleague go into the design of my form (accessed from SharePoint form library) on his on laptop, click (successfully) on the Format button for this control, set the currency options, then save and close the form. When I now go into the form, the format button works - but only for this control that the colleague modified. I have other controls with textbox data type 'Whole Number' which remain unformattable.
I have been able to use the format button in the past with other forms. Nothing major has changed on my laptop since.
