    Image Hyperlink

I am using a small image (which looks like a circular shaped button), which when clicked on, displays a form based on a hyperlink: concat("https://sharepointaddress/FileName-", my:ID, ".xml") And this worked fine. I wanted to show this image only in certain conditions, so I copy pasted the image (directed to the hyperlink) into a section. But now, when the image is clicked on it gives an error. When the image is outside the section, it opens the file that the hyperlink points at, but not when the image is in the section. How can this be solved. Kindly help.

probably you just ned to update the xpath to my:ID since if the control is outside the section, the relative xpath won't work anymore. Try making my:ID an absolute xpath and see if that works

Thanks for your reply, but it still is not clear. I am using this hyperlink-embedded-image to open a form which has a certain SharePoint address and an ID field which has a case number. This ID field is within the same form the hyperlink-embedded-image is located in and I have used "concat" to concatenate and create the url of the hyperlink. How do you make an absolute xpath for such a situation, please, kindly explain if possible or direct to links, I could not find any in these forums
