    Limitations of a Hosting Service

I want to know if this is possible using an external Sharepoint hosting service (doesn't have to be Sharepoint could be anything else if it works better) that will provide us with admin access to a Sharepoint site or something similar but what's set in stone is that we will have no server side access.

We want to have 1-2 users (admins access users for the site) design Infopath forms (without managed code) and have 10-12 other users use the site to access the forms and submit them. The admins should later be able to extract data from the forms as well (doesn't matter what form the data will be in).

I am just a bit confused as to whether an admin to a Sharepoint site can upload templates (or does it need to happen server side) and whether Sharepoint offers the capability to host browser-compatible forms within it. I'm asking in the wrong section please direct me to where I can find out about this.

     Thanks.
