Here's my problem: I have an form that submits data to an Access table. When I submit form data it pops into the table with an automatically generated Access primary ID. My users usually need to submit several records that might have very similar fields (e.g., they need to submit inspection forms for a variety of assets that have the same make and model but different serial numbers or inspection dates). I currently have my submit option set to leave the form open. I'd like them to be able to submit one record, then change a couple fields for a new asset, and submit again. Currently this process is overwriting the first record with the second and not creating a new record. Is it possible to leave some fields intact after submission and still create new records with the next submission or do I need to set my form to reset every time?
Thanks for any help!
