    Recording Timesheet form

I need to design an Microsoft InfoPath form to record weekly timesheet submissions

It will have the following fields, Name, Project Code, Week Ending (date) and day (i.e. Mon, Tue etc). Week ending date will be a drop down list of the date of the last day of the week i.e. Every Sunday of 2011. Is there a way of creating this without typing all values into the drop down list individually? Also, What I need it to do is to create a folder in the document library for all dates in the week ending field i.e. all of the timesheets will be organized into folders according to the date selected in the week ending field - Is this possible to do in Microsoft Infopath 2003?   In addition to this a person may record more than one project code, so I would like to create a ‘Add new project code’ button with some form of code/macro that once selected will allow the user to populate another row to record their time against a different project code. Can anyone help with this please Thanks in advanceSteve

    Hi Steve,

We have done a lot of consulting work on Timesheet projects for many different customers and would be happy to help you out.  If you are interested in talking to me about engaging Qdabra Software to help you could send me a private message via the forum and we would be glad to contact you to talk about this project.

    Ted
