while debugging getting error as "web application could not be found"

Hi,

I have the Visual studio 2005 Tools for Applications, SharePoint 2010 server, Visual studio 2010.

I am getting the following error, when i try to debug the Infopath filler form.

"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {BDEADF26-C265-11D0-BCED-00A0C90AB50F} failed due to the following error: 80040154."

I have added a button, and in the custom code, i have written the following:
SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges(delegate()

{

FileImageNumber = FetchImagefromPiclib();

}

);
Then, i changed the code as:
using (SPSite ospSite = new SPSite("http://Serverip/"))
                {
                 using (SPWeb web = ospSite.RootWeb)
                 {
                        SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges(
                            delegate()
                            {
                                FileImageNumber = FetchImagefromPiclib();
                            }
                            );
                 }
                }
Now I am getting the error as " The Web application at http://serverip/ could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application."

I am able to open the site, and site is opening, but when i trying in the code, it says web application is not found. In the central admin as well the site, Uer Profile is set to true

what am i doing wrong here? how to rectify this?

Thank you
