Submit to WebService & The given key was not present in the dictionary

I am attempting to submit an Infopath 2010 form to a webservice. It does work as full client but not as a web based form. The form is set to full trust, has a certificate and is published in Sharepoint 2010. The SharePoint site is url is 'workspace.domain.com' and the web service url is 'webservices.domain.com/myservice.asmx'. There is currently no authentication set up for the web service.

    Hi GrindCrusher and welcome!

First, check that when you open the form in the browser, the zone is Local Intranet? If your browser shows "Internet" try adding the "webservices.domain.com" to your local intranet sites and see if that fixes the issue.

Second, if you are publishing a full trust form, you'll need to make sure you Admin Deploy it so that IPFS (SharePoint's browser logic) can display it correctly. Maybe you haven't done that. Search our site for a blog post regarding admin deploy.

Third thought, well what's the Web Service doing? Is it set up to submit to a database? Is it impersonating the user or some other account?

Thank you for your response. The answer to your questions:

    1. The zones are set up correctly as I handle them thru GPOs.

    2. I have deployed the form thru Central Admin

    3. Web service is for sending emails - I went with a custom web service so as to send html based notification emails. The rich text available in SharePoint designer is lacking for required corporate branding and I do not want to send forms to users without InfoPath.
