I have an Infopath form with two request types, New Report and Modify Report. I'm using a multiple-selection list box to identify the "Scope" of the request. For New Report requests, I have used the double eval method described in this forum to concat the values in another field "ScopesSelected". Upon completion of New Report requests, data is copied to a SharePoint list (via workflow).
The challenge I now have is for the Modify Report request. The user selects the Report Title, which populates multiple fields (using rules). However, this does not work for the multi-select list I have for the Scope. I am using a rule to populate the "ScopeSelected" field. If I use a rule to set the value for the Scope, it adds an additional line with all values, like this: Site;Division;Enterprise.
