Can I display a SharePoint list in an InfoPath form?

I've been asked to figure out a way to display a SharePoint list in an InfoPath form.  Users should be able to enter information into the list from the InfoPath form.  Is all of this possible?

I'm using InfoPath 2007, but I have access to 2010 if that would help. I know how to update a SharePoint list using a Sharepoint designer workflow when an InfoPath form is submitted (although I haven't figured out how to update entries, only add new entries).

    Hi Carolyn,

To accomplish this we use qRules. Here's some documentation you can read to understand the scenario and see if it matches your task. Good luck!
