I have a sharepoint form library where the forms get submitted. Can I take the data in each form and somehow publish it to one document such as an Excel spreadsheet? Ultimately I'd like to be able to do this without having to go into each form. Thanks. 12-09-2010 08:13 AM In reply to Potemkine Joined on 06-21-2010 Posts 451 Re: Compiling InfoPath Data Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Have you try to just export your document library using Sharepoint -->Action-->Export to speadsheet ? 12-09-2010 08:24 AM In reply to kfr676 Joined on 12-08-2010 Posts 12 Re: Compiling InfoPath Data Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact I haven't published anything but and I was trying to find a way that I could publish the data from each form into one document, not each form into a different document. 12-09-2010 08:31 AM In reply to Potemkine Joined on 06-21-2010 Posts 451 Re: Compiling InfoPath Data Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Yes sure try to publish all infopath field on SharePoint column and after that export your library on speadsheet. It will centralized your forms information in one excel document. I think it's the easiest way to do that. 12-10-2010 06:35 AM In reply to kfr676 Joined on 12-08-2010 Posts 12 Re: Compiling InfoPath Data Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Thanks Potemkine. That worked just fine. I thought that you had to go into each document in order to export. I didn't know the export would work from the default view of the library. Thanks. Page 1 of 1 (5 items) Copyright © 2003-2019 Qdabra Software. All rights reserved.View our Terms of Use.
