I have an IP 2003 Form that can be submitted to mutiple WSS 2.0 libraries, using rules. After the submital, I'd like to be able able open the library in a browser window so that the user can easily peform some additional actions. How can I do this?

You definitely cannot open a browser window with rules. You can do it with code, but I'm not sure if that will require making your form fulltrust or not.

However, consider having hyperlink controls on your form which the user can click to open the browser windows. It's not automatic--but its at least present and available.
