Hi,
I currently have an e-mail submit data connection set up to send an active view of the form to approvers. I don't include the form data because:
1 - Not all currenlty have access to the database that the form is based on
2 - It takes a while to open the form
3 - It is easier for audit purposes to have an e-mail trail.
However the problem i'm experiencing is that attachments to the form are not being included in the e-mail. At the moment I am getting round this by asking users to send the form as a 'snap shot' using the 'submit to email recepients' option in the File menu as this does include the attachments. However obviously i'd prefer if the process was embedded in the form rather than a manual one.
Is there anyway to do this? I have some minimal coding experience if this is the only way and someone wants to talk me through it.
