    Smaller table size (Excel style)

Hi there, I have made a form but I am not liking the way it appears when i print it out. The Form is a quotation on which many product could be listed. Therefore I need the table im using to be very small so that when allot of products are given in a quotation, the page doesn't get filled quickly. I try resizing the table but it seems to reach a minimum. I try making font size smaller and making cell padding 0 but still the table remains big and bulky. What I need is to make the table so small that it looks kind of like the size of excel rows. Is this possible? Thanks

Hi -- what about the individual controls in the table (probably text boxes) -- did you set the margins and padding to 0 on those? Text boxes also have a border. If you remove that, you'll consolidate things more...

    I could..
But the problem is that there are several degrees of repeating tables and categories so I need to make use of repeating tables. Example:
I have a quotation in which the following products appear:
    -- Hardware (Level 1)
    --------- Server (Level 2)
    ------------ Hp 123 Switch(Level 3)
    ------------ Dell 456 Blade(Level 3)
    -- Software (Level 1)
    ---------Microsoft (Level 2)
    -------------Office 2010 (Level 3)
    ------------- Windows 7 (Level 3)

    Any more suggestions?

I wasn't suggesting you NOT use repeating tables. Just that you set the controls INSIDE the cells to not have padding, margins or borders. If you attach your form to a reply, I'll take a quick look at it (under the Options tab).

Problem have been solved and I managed to get the proper layout i wanted.

What needed to be adjusted was font size, cell pading and cell margins.
