For example I have one formtemplate wich has data connection tohttp://NBA.COM/myService.asmx. But when I will give my service to NHL, it adress will behttp://NHL.COM/myService.asmx. So my form will not work properly. I need to open my form on the client and change adress of data connection and then republished my form. Is there some workaround for this???

You are a major sports fan! Anyway, if you are using InfoPath and SharePoint 2007, I recommend using UDC files. If not, I recommend creating a "config" file which encodes the web service and then adding code to open and connect to that Web service.
