    Infopath 2003 form will not open in infopath 2010, it asks for credentials when hitting the usergroup.asmx webservice in the site.

    it works fine for the specific user in 2003 (VPC).
    it does not work in 2010(actual machine).

    The only way to get it to work is to make that person a sitecollection administrator (no way)..

    any clues are welcome..

    Hi BigDutch72,

    Can you verify that the user can navigate to the usergroup.asmx site and see the Web Service Description Language stuff? If so, we can rule out a SharePoint permissions issue. Make sure hte user you test does not have sitecollection administrator permissions.
