I have a form that when submitted, sends the form to a Sharepoint Library and emails the form to several recipeints contained in the "To:" field. I have created a "SUBMIT" button, that contains two rules, 1) Updates the form to the Sharepoint Library 2) Submits the form to the selected email addresses.

For the email address dataconnection, to submit to more than one recipient I am using the following function (see below). But I am getting an error message, "unresolved email address". I am using the "concat" function because I found that solution on one of the forums threads. Based on the information I posted below, am I using the "concat" function properly, to send to multiple email recipients?

concat(caSMEmail, caAssocSupEmail, caStateFedEmail, caHREmail)

In ‘To#%92 address email address should be differentiate with semicolon between one email address to other email address. For example, if you want to send more than two email addresses it should be format of [email protected]; [email protected] otherwise it gives the error. Can you check your recipient email address format?

thats a good question rpowell4600. I am wondering that too, how do you make one button submit a form to a Sharepoint libaray and email it out?
