double eval to combine repeating table field

This is driving me insane.  I'm using a double eval to group together information from a field in a repeating table, and the output is only pulling the data from the first row and repeating it.

    My schema:

    myFields
    group1
       proj_rel_wk_rg (repeating group)
          proj_rel_wk (text field)
    view_grp
       proj_rel_wk_view

The default value for proj_rel_wk_view is setup as:

    eval(eval(proj_rel_wk_rg, 'concat(../../my:group1/my:proj_rel_wk_rg/my:proj_rel_wk, " ; ")'), "..")

The data for each row in the repeating table (proj_rel_wk) is:

    row 1 = a
    row 2 = b
    row 3 = c

    Output in proj_rel_wk_view is:
    a ; a ; a ;

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    environment: IP 2007

    Thanks!

Is there any reason why you're using the path ../../my:group1/my:proj_rel_wk_rg/my:proj_rel_wk?  Just my:proj_rel_wk should do the trick.

it's been filling it in for me.  I put the my:proj_rel_wk in there and by the time I ok my way out, it resolves itself to the full path.

Have you tried typing it in manually?

ok, that's just annoying.  If I manually take out all the extra pieces in the path, it works just fine.  I'm almost afraid to ask why it makes a difference in operation to have the field name versus the full xpath.

    Thanks for the help!!
