It's about a repeating table for a product order list.

Default Rows: When opening the form template, there are some rows set by default.
Users shall not be able to delete the default rows.

New Rows: But users may insert row to the repeating table to add items not included in the default list.
And users can delete those new rows.

If it's not possible to allow insert/delete rows while keeping the default ones, is there a way to allow insert only, but not delete?

A couple different options:

Use two repeating tables back to back.

The first only shows you default rows and does not allow ins and del in the properties.

Place a second repeating table which allows insert and delete but only shows new rows.

Another option would be to turn off the user's ins and del and just use code and your own buttons.

I think the first would work fine though. Typically they might ins and then decide to delete.

Is there any way that they cant delete all rows. in my case, users insert rows, I want them not to allow delet the inserted rows.

InfoPath doesn't have built-in functionality to do this, but with qRules, you can provide a button to allow users to add rows to your form and not give them a way to remove rows.
