    Form Security Help

    Hey all,

I'm very new to InfoPath but I hope you guys can help me out...

I've been asked to create a form for users to populate, the form is then to be sent to a specific user to be processed...

The problem I'm having is locking down the form so that the users inputting the data into the text boxes can do so normally, but after clicking on a 'mail to' button, I'd like to be able to have it so the user processing the data cannot edit any of the fields.

Is there a way to have this done?

    Much appreciation in advance.

    Adam.

    Hi,Welcome to the forum,

You can do this by using conditional formatting,
Setting conditional formatting on the fields you want to disable or not editable for processer user .

I hope this will help for you,
    Thanks
