    Uploading InfoPath form template stuck

I have an InfoPath form that is browser compatible and that has three views.  The form also has C# coding behind it.  It receives data from a SharePoint list and it receives data from two CAML files.

Because there is code behind the form, I have to prepare it for an administrator approval.  So I followed the directions given in this post.

Which basically, you upload the form via the Central Administration site, activate it and then use it.  Before uploading the form I verified it and no errors were returned.  I uploaded the form and since then the status is stuck at "Installing".

I ran the command "stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs" which forces the jobs to run, but to no avail.  The form is still stuck in the "Installing" phase.

Does any one know what could be preventing the form from being installed or what is wrong?  Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Well, a year later and I still have this problem.  After installing SP2 and several reboots over the year, the issue still remains.  I tried the post above but that did not help.  I have a simpler farm 1 front end and 1 backend (SQL Server) server.  I know they used to be able to approve forms because there is one there from before I took over SharePoint.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
