InfoPath Dev

Hi friends,
I have a button in my form on the click of which I update multiple tables in my database using web service.
Finally I use code to submit the form to a sharePoint form library.
Some times the form gets submitted. Some times it doesnt.

I get the following error message in the Catch block
{"InfoPath cannot submit the form.\nAn error occurred while the form was being submitted.\n??\nThe form cannot be submitted to the following location:http://173.30.15.93:8060/sites/PR/PR Form/PR_2006_000797.xml\nThe site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.\n" }

The best part is that once I restart the IIS in the SharePoint server, I am able to submit the form.
Again after some time, this problem reappears.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the code that I use ...
DAVAdapter oSharePoint = (DAVAdapter)thisXDocument.DataAdapters["Submit"];
oSharePoint.Submit();
thisApplication.XDocuments.Close(thisXDocument);

This is the final code in my button's Onclick event.
Before this code gets executed,I update multiple tables in the database using webservice.

I am not sure as to whether this problem arises from my code or from SharePoint .

Yes, I tried that too. It worked a couple of times now doesn't work anymore. Back to square one.
