Hi,
I have developed with Infopath 2010 some browser forms that submit and retrieve data through a web service which, in turn, queries an SQL-Server database. I want to authenticate every InfoPath client that consumes my web service and restrict the information which she has access to. In order to do so, we have created users and roles on an active directory.
I have the following questions:
Does the InfoPath client automatically send the user credentials to the web services without writing some code on the InfoPath forms? (One of our specs says that we are not allowed to write any code at all on the InfoPath forms)
How can I read the credentials on my web service?
