How is ink enabled in InfoPath 2010?

Hello!  I am trying to create a new InfoPath form, and one of the control items needs to be able to capture ink input.  We are using Tablet PCs to capture client signatures.

In previous versions of infoPath, this could be done with the Ink Picture control. However, I do not see any control in InfoPath 2010 which specifically allows the capture of ink.

Does anyone have any ideas of how ink capture has changed, and how to enable this now?  The InfoPath 2010 documentation is woeful in this regard, unfortunately... :(

Hi StanYau - welcome to the forum!

InfoPath won't allow Ink Picture control in a browser-enabled form. If you go to File > Form Options > Compatibility and change your form type to any of the Filler Form options, you'll see that Ink Picture will again show up in your Controls menu.

    Hope that helps!
