    updating fields without opening form

    Hello

I have 800 forms that they will be filled during 1 week. at the end of the week, I want to update calculation fields in the forms whitout opening forms. because there are 800 forms. I want to change the state in the sharepoint list or use a command or workflow or somthing like this, that all the 800 forms will update automatically. I know that we should open a form and submit it again to recalculate the values, but it is not possible because it is 800 forms, I need a solution to update it without opening.

    thanks for your help

You can definitely update fields in the form without opening them by promoting the properties to the library and selecting the checkbox that allows them to be edited in SharePoint.  However, you cannot perform any of the form's actions or functions without opening it.  All you can do is change the data in the fields within the Forms Library.  Any calculations you need to do must be done via workflow.
