I have developed a form with six sections which is rather long and awkward to navigate. Is there a control that I can use (a little like collapse/expand) that allows me to collapse the section until a user clicks on it?

Welcome to Infopathdev Forums
Yes you can use Check boxes and put conditional formatting on these to Show/hide the sections. Whenever the check box is checked the section shows(Expands) up and on deselecting it hides(collapse)
