looking for a little direction on how to do this.

user opens an IP browser form, in a repeating table the user can click a button that copies a document and pastes it in another sharepoint library. when doing this, my managed code is capturing the ID of the document in the new library.

in that same repeating table there is a drop down list called Status. the user updates the Status drop down, code is fired, and the associated document's Status column is updated in the sharepoint library.

that's the easy part.

here is where i'm lost.

if a user updates the Status column in the SharePoint Library, how would i reflect the change in the infopath web form?

my soluction has three libraries: form_library, doc_library_from, and doc_library_to

Here's an idea: when the form opens, query the SharePoint Library to get the Status value for any documents associated with that form. That way the users opening the form will always see the most recent Status.

 any suggestions on updating all the rows in the repeating table? 

 thinking about doing a For Each / Loop and query the Library for every item in the table?

 I got it work using the open event to loop in the repeating table.
