Is there any way to have a client based infopath form in a SharePoint forms library that prevents the users from saving the form and opening it in Notepad to see the values?

If you want to prevent users from accessing the Design View:

1. Go to Tools > Form Options.
2. Click Advanced.
3. Check Enable Protection.
4. Click OK, save your form.
5. Re-publish the form to your SharePoint library.

"Design This Form" icon will be disabled the next time users open the form.

Thank you for the response although I have had to edit the question after I did some research. I am trying to prevent users from opening the form in notepad to see confidential information.
