Hi All,
First of all, I am not a programmer. I am using IP 2003 and VBScripts.
I am trying to update the value of a control called "Send_Status" (Datatype: True/False (boolean)) after a digital signature has been removed from a given section.I am using the following event:
Sub
msoxd_my_signatures2_OnAfterChange(eventObj)
' Write code here to restore the global state.
If
eventObj.IsUndoRedo Then
' An undo or redo operation has occurred and the DOM is read-only.Exit Sub
End
If
' A field change has occurred and the DOM is writable. Write code here to respond to the changes.
If eventObj.Operation = "Delete" ThenSet x= XDocument.DOM.DocumentElement.SelectSingleNode("my:Send_Status")
x.text = "false"
XDocument.View.ForceUpdate()
End
If
What I experience that the DOM is still readonly, though it should be writable in that part of the event. The control is out of the section (that has been previously signed) anyway and not readonly by default. /tried to attach a jpeg about the DataSource/
So, I do not understand what the problem is and get no help on this issue by reading forums available on the internet.
Please help, if you can.
Kind Regards
Attila
