Hello, I'm relatively new to infopath and created a relatively complex form that pulls back hundreds of fields from an access database in a repeating section.. I have a button on there to switch view to a submit view where the user can input a new record - which works great. After a new record is created, the form refreshes back to the main record list and displays all entries .
Only issue is that after a new record is created, it seems to be placed out of order in the repeating section. I've got the database itself arranged according to an "item number" that I randomly assign to each record. I would have assumed the new record I created would appear at the bottom of the repeating list but instead it appears as the first new record. Presently, if you look at the pattern of the item # on the returned records it goes .. 143 142 ..100 101 102 103 104... so basically i want it to look like 100 101 102 103 .... 142 143. How do I get this thing to sort the fields?
