Guess what!
I went through the setting of other form that i have created earlier and found on change. I had changed it earlier but totally forgot. I wanted see what difference would it make: I had set "Enable rendering on a mobile device." When I remove, I don't see the behavior I explained and seems to behave. But i still wonder why did the Central Administration gave that error!
