I have an InfoPath 2010 form which has a data retrieval connection to a SharePoint list which has limited access. The form is published to a SharePoint form library with broad access. A person who has access to the data retrieval list opens a new form and retrieves the data from SharePoint, adds some additional information and attachments to the form, and then emails it to others for further actions. These others do not have access to the data retrieval SharePoint list but do have access to the SharePoint form library where the form is published.
The problem is that when they try to open a form from an email, they get the following error:
"The form template associated with this form cannot be found. It is not on yuor computer and the form does not specify a location from which to retrieve it."
They can read the form in the email message area but aren't able to open or write to the additional fields required. How can I make an active form available to users?
