Hi thanks for reading this q. I've created a form that emails the info to certain users. Now when the users open the email it shows the actual form.. however... for only one member so far.... it seems that all the user sees is the email with an .xml attacment instead of the form... when any other user opens the exact same email.... it works fine... I've tried fiddling with the options settings (including form .. etc..etc.... and no luck)

include the form template with the form when sending it via email. that should work fine

Thanks. Have done that long ago.. As mentioned in my explanation, It works for some users... but not for others...

So what I meant is that I still have the problem... I did try attaching the form.. but it still only works for some users.. not for all

a basic question, is correct infopath version installed on all the machines, especially the ones that are facing the issue

Yes. All running Infopath 2007... I can open the correct form on the user's machine... that's no issue.. it's only when they receive the email that it attaches the xml document and not the correct form view..

can you attach the form template

I can't as it's sensitive information :(
