browser form needs to have offline capability

     Hi,

I have a browser enabled form deployed to Moss 2007 and can be viewed with forms services. I am passing some parameters to the form via the url. I want to talk the form now offline and make some changes and submit it later. How can this be achieved?

you can download the form on to your machine and make changes and later submit it. of course this will require you to have infopath client on your machine.

     Hi Anis,

But how to download a form that is already open in browser? Do we need to enable some thing. And regarding Infopath client, Does even outlook will be sufficient for the work? Or just Infopath?

     However thanks for the reply.

well outlook uses infopath to open the forms, so you need to have the infopath form, to download the form just open your infopath client and in the open dialog box pass the link to your form, that should do it, then you can save it to your local machine

      Hi Anis,

Thanks a lot for ur replies.

In the site, a user (Say Manager) selects the user (who is reporting to the mangager) and clicks on a link to provide feedback, this link actually opens the infopath form in a browser. So from here how can he(manager) download the form for offline use?
