Yes, it has tested in the browser and everything works. I was also able to move the sub-folder creation rules to the button controls where the files are triggered for uploading. I also like that I don't see another web service data connection to create the folders.
Everything is working as expected, and all affected controls are set to always post back. I'm getting ready to do final testing, documenting and then incorporate this into my development copy of my project form.
