Hi Everyone,

 I'm trying to replicate a "paper process" here at my company.  We have a paper form that travels through a number of departments for input before we submit a quote to the customer.

We have MOSS 2007 Enterprise, and Infopath 2007 installed and setup. 

I'm going to use a workflow to pass this form around to the various parties involved. Should I use an OOTB Gather feedback workflow or develop my own?

you can just create a browser enabled form, and pass on the links when the form has to move from one department to another. You will also be needing some rules on the form that will open up appropriate view.
