Writing data to a SQL Server table using a secondary data source

Hi guys I'm new to InfoPath as well as web services so please excuse my ignorance.

I've got a form that gets saved to a sharepoint library. Now I want to save some of the info to a SQL Server 2005 table as well.
The table has a PK that has a 1:1 relationship to an ID that already exists on the form.
I've seen many articles that relates to writing back to tables when the form is based on a web service as a main data source, but I can't figure out how to do it using a web services as a secondary data source .

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks!

    Hi NielDV,

Qdabra developed it's DBXL Web Service to address your need. It supports writing an XML node to SQL and that can be either the main data source or a secondary one. Free trial is available via Qdabra.com->Products and licensing is pretty cheap (starts <$500). Let us know if you have any questions. Should be a breeze and save you a lot of time.
