Just a quick question regarding the workflow,

what value does it expect in which fields to delete the form.

you are resetting the value of flagAction when one clicks on yes in confirmation view. I think that is the culprit.

The workflow is waiting for the flagDelete value. The rule to reset the flagAction is required in order to ensure that each rule does not run twice.

I have found my solution!!!

The problem is that I set a rule when form loading to set a file name for submit data connection. Everytime I open the form, that file name is updated. The DeleteDraft rule is actually working on the new file name. So what I do was change the condition at the rule when form loading to make sure it run the rule once only.

How silly of me!!! How could I forgot about this!!!

I feel kinda stupid for doing that such rule =(
