InfoPath Dev

I am basically prepopulating infopath form with parameters that i pass through querystring

The problem that i have is that for some users when the form opens on the client, parameters get droped

In Firefox it gets droped for ALL users in ie Only a few

it seems as when the form works correctly i see the server url at the buttom of the form 

but when it doesn't i see form ID " URN ...."

Does anybody have any ideas

I have no idea what the issue could be, but I suggest that your next step should be to figure out which versions of IE display this behavior. Good luck.
