Hello,

Where does the text "Click here to sign this section"

and "Signed by <name> view Details"
"on Day, Date Time (TimeZone)"

come from?

I have one section that displays the "Signed By" text and several sections that once the "click here to sign" is clicked - the "Signed By" text never shows up. The only difference appears to be that the first section has no controls in it and the other sections contain controls.

Interesting. This text is hardcoded and automatically added by InfoPath at runtime. If you add a control to that empty section does the Signed By text show up?

try this...  "save as source files" then open your view in some text editor (notepad, whatever).  search for "signedby" or "view details"
