Good day. I've got a form that submits data to a DB and through an email submit. Multiple users use this form, and the DB Submit works every time, but about half of the users receive an error message "Outlook 2007 must be set as default email...". I have exhaused google and forums online searching for why this error message pops up. All users are using Office 2007. All Users uninstalled 2003 and installed 2007 at the same time. I've checked numerous registery keys and windows settings to verify that the settings are the same for all Users, but for some reason the problem occurs for some users and not others.
I've seen instances of this happening between IP 2007 and Outlook 2003, but that is not the case here. What sucks is that everything works great other than that, but the email submit was the main reason for using InfoPath and this seeming little problem is getting in the way. Has anyone seen/solved this problem between IP '07 and Outlook '07? Also, this is not running on server or anything with Office Services, just individual copies of the software on individual machines. The form itself is the same for everyone because they access it from a network folder each time they use it.
I've also tried building the form from scratch in 2007, as well as building the form on machines producing the error, with no luck.
I appreciate any help you may have. Thanks!
