    Checkboxes & Repeating Tables

    I have a repeating table that list actions required, which is filtered by the users roles and the initiators actions. Those two validations list the actions required in a repeating table that also has a check box for each action needing completion.

    I want to set a fldComplete value to true when all of the repeating check boxes are selected as completed. The out-of-the-box InfoPath functionality will change the fldComplete to true if any of the repeating tables check boxes are checked. Is there a way to validate that all check boxes in a repeating table are checked and then perform an action?

    Hi Geoff, Welcome to the Forum! and sorry for being late

    There is functionality in InfoPath that checks all values in repeating fields are set to certain value. Actually InfoPath writes an XPath behind to compare all of the values, your xpath might look like this
    " not(field[. != "true"]) "
    this xpath checks whether all fields are set to true(checked) or not.

    Hope this helps!
