Dynamic linked photos to a local folder

Is there a way to dynamically link a photo to a local folder?

The problem stems from our data model does not include hyperlink data types, and instead of changing 100 xsd's to add this new field, I wanted to see if anyone could assist us.

We are using 2007 infopath, where a company logo is presented for all xsn trade confirmations. The problem is, when a different logo is used, the photo is locked to the same size as the original, not the size of the new logo.

    Thanking in advanced,
    -David

    Hi David,

Our free tool qRules provides for support to Save Images to SharePoint and replace with links in your form. The form's data source doesn't include the image node but rather the link. Doing this local wouldn't work with Domain Trust security model (best practice). You'd have to make the form Full Trust. Could be done though.

    Thanks for the assistance Patrick.

Before moving into Sharepoint and/or having to use certified certificates for Full trust, maybe there is an easier solution. For example,

When I insert an image as a link, the width and height dimensions of the gif are injected into the xsl.
Is there a way to get InfoPath to omit these attributes (from the underlying xsl file) when creating the form?
or is there a way to force these attributes to 100%, not px?

    -div-
    -font size="2" face="Verdana"
    'img style="WIDTH: 161px; HEIGHT: 33px" src="file:///C:/Logos/logo.gif" width="161" height="33" Linked="true"-
    -/font-
    -/div
