Infopath is ok for my job ?

Excuse me for my english, but i will try to explain you my problem...

I'd like to perform my workflow at the firm, for the time, we have a workflow in php and it works well but the creation of the forms in dreamweaver is not very convenient...

Can i export infopath forms in htlm ?

I would like when we write something in the form, the data will store in my sql 2000 database. How can i do this ?

Yes, Save as MHT from the File menu will get you a version of HTML.

We have tools to allow you to post content back to a database from a downlevel view of the InfoPath form. In essence, you are then using InfoPath as a web page designer. We will be selling these tools for a small fee on our website in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
