Disable Sections based on group of users

Not sure if this was already discussed in this forum, but i couldn't find it.

I have a form that has several sections, two of which are Software Purchases and Hardware Purchases.  Right now the sections are hidden based on a radio button option.  I was wondering if there was a way to prevent the my users from selecting the Hardware radio button.  It's OK for the general users to submit software requests, but when it comes to hardware requests i'd prefer if only our Support Admins could make Hardware Requests.  The original plan for this form was to tallow users to do both, but after some forceful nudging i finally got management to agree that it's probably not in our best interests to have the general users making hardware requests.

Can i base the availablity of this option to a security group, or a list or something?  I'd hate to have to manually add in each person and make a conditional formating rule to match all our admin names, there are 25 admins, and if people come or go, i'd like to have to not change the form each time.  If i could just tell it, if the logged in users does not equal the name fiels in a sharepoint list or something, that would be great.

Yes, you can do both, and I have written a separate a blog entry for each.  What I can't do is restrict by SharePoint group, but I show how to leverage AD security groups and/or Contact Lists.  However, my blogs are only necessary to follow if you are using browser-enabled forms.  If you're using rich client forms, then this is an inate ability known as User Roles.  Have you just not seen that option?  It's built-in and is very simple.  You just create your roles and assign people and/or groups to them, then you use them for conditional formatting.  Here are my blogs anyway:
