Filling a list | Using dropdown fields

    Hi all,

I used the following way in order to fill a SharePoint list. It works fine and I'm happy about it.
But the problem is that only freetext is allowed right now. How can I use dropdown fields
with data from a resource file or a sharepoint list?

    Hi Anonymous Test User,

Well, if you copy those values from your dropdowns and resource files into the Main Data Source, why can't you just treat them as text?

We are working on the next version of our InfoPath plugin (qRules) and it will have support to submit fields to SharePoint directly without having to do the complex stuff described in Matt's blog. Send us e-mail if you would like to test a beta.
