InfoPath Dev

 I created a form and  after the form is succesfully publised to a sharepoint site and document library(existing Forms Library) the form is NOT listed in the document library. I can fill in the form only by clicking "New". Infopath is locally installed on the computer.

Is there something I forgot to configure and I have tried several options but no positive results.

Can anyone help?

check your submit data connection path.  Where does it point?  When looking for the file, did you look in that _exact_ location?  If your submit URL has /Forms/ at the end, then it will be in the hidden Forms folder where the template.xsn, EditForm.aspx, DispForm.aspx, and AllDocuments.aspx reside.  For IP forms, you want the submit DC to point to the library itself with no extensions at the end.
