InfoPath Dev

 I've created a date picker object in infopath. When I preview the form the date picker works just fine. However, when I publish the form to my sharepoint site the date picker box is gone, and I am left with only a textbox. Is this a configuration issue or is there something wrong here?

It's not normal, and it has never happened to me, so it must be your configuration or setup.
