    Attachment Name Formula

Howdy everyone. I've just wrapped up moving to '07. Here's question number one...

In '03 I was using the formula...

    concat("Request #", string(request_number))

...to generate the attachment name for an infopath/outlook email message,
request_number being pulled from a control. In 2007, the pound signs are now
showing up as underscores. Outlook doesn't prevent you from sending
attachments with these characters, so I assume infopath is now treating the
formula differently. Any suggestions on how to get # to show up as is?

    Thanks much.

    Couple random ideas:

    1. Use backslash-#, \#
    2. Use two sharps, ##

Thanks for your quick reply, Patrick. Unfortunately, no go on those.

Under the hood, it would appear that the expressions for defining a subject line vs attachment name aren't treated in the same manner; this very same expression generates a correct email subject line. My goodness.
