Hello,

 I have my form set in design view to have buttons selected by default that hide certain fields. The issue I am having is that in preview mode, upon running a query, those buttons become "unselected", and show all of the fields that were design to be hidden. I can select all the controls individually at this point to "re-hide" the fields, but this is not the methodoligy I would like to roll-out to the end user. Any ideas???

Are you talking about actual buttons, or are you referring to radio buttons?  What are the default settings, and what query is setting them to "unchecked" or false?  Sounds like a design issue as this is not normal behavior.

Is your query in no way related to this fields either through direct population or through indirect methods, such as rules or conditional formatting.  Running a query does change any default settings unless the query itself is built to specifically change those fields.  Again, this is not normal behavior, so it would have to be related to how the query is built within the form.  If you could attach the XSN, I might be able to figure out.
